Glad you're here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#145682) providing quality therapy and symptom-reduction care coordination in person and online, throughout California. I am part of a group practice, Family Matters Counseling Services.

My mission is to offer authentic, compassionate and effective mental health care to adults, kids, teens, and couples residing in California. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore you thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With my active listening and guidance, we work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and learn new ways to cope with life's challenges.

I also use my skills in other areas, including crating content such as podcasting and interviewing individuals, about their journeys and passions.
